Policy Report Launch Event
The Network for Clean Energy Transition: Research and Advocacy, in collaboration with SGAIN, held an event to celebrate the launch of our policy report From Solar Boom to Green Industrialization: Policy Pathways to Localizing Solar Value Chains in Pakistan on December 22.
The report presents a "5S Roadmap" (Strategy, Subsidies, Standards, SEZs, and Science & Knowledge to support investment, technology transfer, workforce development, and localization under CPEC 2.0 and the Green BRI framework. The launch event bought together policymakers, researchers, industry stakeholders, and development partners to deliberate on actionable policy pathways for transforming Pakistan's solar boom into a sustainable engine of green industrial growth.
